Windows 10 pro, why will it not work?
Hi… I’ve not heard that one before. Could it be that you’re using a work computer that has been locked down (i.e. only IT is allowed to make certain changes) or alternatively that you are not logged in with administrator privileges?
In any event, please could you take a screenshot of the error message and post it here and I’ll try to help.
